Shipping Practice and Delivery Policy
Shak Leisure uses Fastway Couriers for all deliveries in Australia. All orders are processed on the day of order and shipping commences on the same or next day. If required we can supply our a tracking number on request to enable the customer to follow their delivery. Delivery is between 9-5pm Monday to Friday.

Transaction Currency
Australian dollar.

Service Policy
Delivery is between 9-5pm Monday to Friday and we allow 2 - 7 working days from consignment. If an order can not be fulfilled then a Shak Leisure staff member will advise the customer within two working days through their available contact method.

Export
Not Available - products only shipped to addresses within Australia.

Refunds and Returns
Shak Leisure will make arrangements with the purchaser and come to a specific arrangement as required. Where a product is no longer available a substitute product will be made available to the purchaser.

Customer sales information will not be supplied to any third party. The records are kept by Shak Leisure for sales, shipping and tax purposes only.

Shak Leisure will not supply your information to a third party. If you have chosen to receive information from Shak Leisure this will either be via email or post as requested.

Credit Card Details
Shak Leisure do not store credit card details. The Shak Leisure credit card processing facility is managed through the National Australia Bank. All forms in the shopping cart are secured by the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
